Delivery and returns

Free tracked UPS delivery to anywhere in the UK, usually in 1 to 2 working days. Order by 12pm, Monday to Friday, and it leaves our warehouse the same day. Need to send something back? Ask us and we'll email you a free return label.

Fitting and power

You build the grid on the floor by clipping the tubes into the connectors, then screw it to the ceiling or hang it on hanging kits. Fit it no higher than 4 to 5m from the floor. Add the plug-in cable and it plugs into a wall socket, with no electrician needed. Or have an electrician wire it into your lighting circuit. You don't need a transformer.

Warranty

If a tube or part fails within three years of your order, send us a photo and we'll post a replacement free. No need to send anything back.
